Founded in 2000, The Calhoun County Endowment Foundation is a local community foundation through which individuals, families, organizations and corporations invest in the well-being of the community. The CCEF serves as a vehicle for charitable giving, allocating donors' gifts to improve the quality of life for all Calhoun County citizens.

The CCEF uniquely meets needs which arise in the local community, including recent support to families of armed forces personnel and promoting special educational programs.
